TBS to be Exclusive Home of 2020 American League Championship Series Presented by GEICO – Houston Astros vs. Tampa Bay Rays – Beginning Sunday, Oct. 11, at 7:30 p.m. ET

TBS will exclusively televise the 2020 American League Championship Series presented by GEICO (ALCS) – Houston Astros vs. Tampa Bay Rays – beginning with Game 1 of the best-of-seven series on Sunday, Oct. 11, at 7:30 p.m. ET, with a one-hour pregame show beginning at 6:30 p.m. The No. 1 seeded Tampa Bay Rays will be the home team for Games 1, 2, 6 and 7 against the Astros, who are making their fourth consecutive appearance in the ALCS. Brian Anderson (play-by-play) will be joined by MLB on TBS analysts Ron Darling and Jeff Francoeur, and reporter Lauren Shehadi to call the ALCS, which will be played up to seven consecutive days at Petco Park in San Diego – Sunday, Oct. 11 through Saturday, Oct. 17. The network’s studio coverage throughout the ALCS will feature the new team anchored by five-time Sports Emmy Award-winning host Ernie Johnson with Hall of Famer Pedro Martinez, former N.L. MVP Jimmy Rollins and three-time All-Star Curtis Granderson offering pregame and postgame analysis from Atlanta via The Postseason Pre-game on TBS presented by Rocket Mortgage and The Postseason Show on TBS presented by Hyundai.

TBS will also debut a four-part historical feature – Field of Dreams… Deferred – telling the story of the Negro Leagues in the league’s 100^th anniversary year. Segments will air during studio coverage, with perspective and commentary provided by historians, authors and the men and women who wore the uniforms.

TBS’s ALCS game coverage will include the continued use of footage from base cameras embedded in the first, second and third base bags. The technology debuted during the ALDS, and each base will have a camera pointed at both the previous and next base, which has allowed the network to bring never-before-seen angles and access to fans. Additionally, enhanced in-game, on-field audio will be provided from a fleet of field microphones – two in front of home plate, two in front of the mound and one around each base.

Live streaming coverage of all MLB Postseason games airing on TBS will be available via http://www.tbs.com and the Watch TBS App. Fans will be able to access the games whenever and wherever they desire by logging in with the username and password provided by their TV service provider. Additionally, all MLB on TBS Postseason game telecasts will be available in Spanish via SAP.
