TNT’s NBA preseason coverage will tip off with the NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks and 2021 NBA Finals MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo visiting the Memphis Grizzlies and Ja Morant on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 8 p.m. ET.
Coverage will continue with the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James hosting the Golden State Warriors and Stephen Curry on Tuesday, Oct. 12, at 10:30 p.m.
Kevin Harlan will provide play-by-play for Bucks/Grizzlies alongside Stan Van Gundy (analyst) and Stephanie Ready (reporter), while Harlan, Reggie Miller (analyst) and Allie LaForce (reporter) will call Lakers/Warriors.
Matt Winer, Isiah Thomas and Channing Frye will be in studio for halftime on Tuesday, Oct. 5, while Ready, Thomas and Grant Hill will provide halftime analysis on Tuesday, Oct. 12.
TNT will officially tip off the 2021-22 regular season with two exclusive, blockbuster Kia NBA Tip-Off 2021 doubleheaders to usher in the league’s 75th anniversary season. The Bucks will host the Nets, and the Warriors will visit the Lakers on the NBA's Opening Night, Tuesday, Oct. 19, followed by the Dallas Mavericks visiting the Atlanta Hawks and the Warriors hosting the Clippers on Thursday, Oct. 21.
The network's season-long coverage will feature the Sports Emmy Award-winning Inside the NBA studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith.
