Rose Matafeo: Horndog Synopsis

Max

Rose Matafeo: Horndog

Taped in front of a live audience at the Ambassadors Theatre in London, Rose Matafeo: Horndog might sound sexy, but as the comedian quickly assures everyone, “it’s a silly show about love from a 27-year-old Pisces.” See, when the comedian says “horny,” what she really means is obsessive, and those kinds of feelings have been going on since she was a teen growing up in the early 2000s with curly hair, flat feet, and a treasure trove of knowledge about film – her one “secret weapon” for luring clueless teen boys. Matafeo also touches on how times are tough for straight women, going to a K-Pop convention as an adult, being a long-term relationship person, how all the apps in her life are pissing her off, and, oh yeah, that one time she got kicked off a Franz Ferdinand message board for being too racy.
